Rise up

The day is finally here.I'm watching Bush board his helicopter after the inauguration and I can only hope that the momentousness of this change is real. That we truly are on the cusp of remaking our nation into something to be proud of.Can we do what Obama asks? Can we set aside our facile delusions and face the future with integrity and intelligence. Can we make hard choices? Can we be our better selves?Jiminy crow, I hope so.
