Twenty Epics

Could you write an epic in 10,000 words or less? I sure as heck couldn't. I can't even write short stories under that word count any more. Fear not, others have taken up the challenge and created Twenty Epics, an anthology of, well, 20 epic stories all under 10,000 words.Impossible you say? Editors David Moles and Susan Groppi beg to differ. Among many other delectations, the anthology includes Paul Berger's exquisitely sensual story about giant space squids having sex. In space!
