Power
That's the word on the runway. No more ladylike frills or little girl femininity. Miuccia Prada announces "the strong and savage aspect of women" in her fall 2006 collection. In keeping with this theme, I'm happy to announce the return of Alexander McQueen who had me worried for a while. The last few seasons he produced mostly boring, pretty, excessively wearable clothes. But the man is back with fierce celtic warrior women in his always flawless tailoring. If I had money to burn I'd wear nothing but Alexander McQueen.Alas, I make do with TopShop, H & M and the occasional splurge. But I also have the privilege of seeing some pretty killer styling going on right in the middle of my living room, which doubles as a photo studio. Check out this video of the epically talented Woof and his team shooting their latest fashion story.
